Structural survey cost provides information, tools and data. Figures are researched, sourced inline, and dated; tools show their assumptions. Structural survey cost is a free introduction service operated by Joseph Ellul (5 Dolce Vita Corte, Triq San Mikiel, San Gwann, SGN 2303, Malta). We pass your details to relevant local structural engineers covering your area, who quote you directly; we may receive a fee from them, and you pay nothing and are under no obligation. We are not engineers or surveyors, we are not affiliated with any professional body, and nothing here is structural or legal advice. No firm in the table has paid to be there. Every figure is read from the named source's own public page on the date shown and is what that source publishes, not a quote for your job.
What this site is not
Nothing here is financial, legal, tax, medical or other regulated advice, and no tool output is a quote, an offer, or a recommendation to act. Results are estimates from the stated assumptions; confirm anything that matters with a qualified, authorised professional before acting.
